Participation in the SEGREC System is associated with the following fees:

Registration Fees:
Fees for joining the company’s SEGREC System, depending on the number of registered products:

a) The fee will not be charged for the first quantity of 10 products, which is only available to new participants with annual net revenues of up to PLN 2 million per year
b) Fee for assigning one SEGREC segregation sign: PLN 50 net (PLN 61.50 gross*)
c) Processing fee for re-registering the company in accordance with Article 584 of the Commercial Companies Code: PLN 129.27 net (PLN 159 gross)
* The applicable VAT rate on January 1, 2023 is 23%
** Participants who have multiple contracts with SEGREC pay one annual fee calculated at the higher rate
*** Total net revenues are understood as the sum of sales revenues and equivalent other operating revenues, financial revenues and extraordinary profits, less the applicable tax on goods and services.
